A Blissful Haven with Lush Gardens
During my stay at Alus Cottage, I was captivated by the lush, beautiful gardens surrounding the bungalows. It created a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The small but clean and well-kept pool was a refreshing spot to cool off. Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the damp sheets in my friend's room and the bathroom's drainage issue, the friendly and nice staff made up for it. I would recommend this hotel for its serene ambiance and helpful staff.

The garden and pool were lovely, perfect for relaxing. Free WiFi was a bonus, although signal was a bit sketchy at times. The shared kitchen was convenient, if you enjoy fighting for utensils and space with other guests.
Who needs privacy? The room doors and bathroom had gaps wide enough for the whole world to peep in.

We absolutely loved this place! the traditional atmosphere and quiet neighborhood made it perfect for families with children. the small separated Bali's houses with private bathrooms had a unique charm, especially the bathrooms under the slightly open sky. the garden and overall environment were delightful. We also appreciated the option to rent scooters, which made it easy to explore the area and visit Ubud center. Fruit markets, warungs, and other activities were conveniently located nearby. We highly recommend the neighbor's warung for dinner, as the food was amazing. if you're looking for an experience beyond a typical hotel, this is the place to stay. A special thanks to Kadek for making us feel so welcome.
Felt like home, nothing to complain about.

During my recent business trip to Ubud, Bali, I had the pleasure of staying at Alus Cottage. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The tranquil ambiance and lush garden surrounding the property immediately put me at ease. The outdoor swimming pool was a delightful addition, offering a refreshing escape from the Bali heat.
The staff, unfortunately, faced a language barrier as they did not speak English very well.
